Frac Ball

HRGQ provides Steel Hollow Ball in gas fracturing process. Steel hollow balls substitute traditional ceramic balls with much less cost. It is also an economic alternative for dissolvable balls.

Steel hollow balls are manufactured through HRGQ patented welding process.  HRGQ offers variety of specification such as wall thickness, weight, load capacities, to meet customers’ special demand. 

The Frac Ball is normally produced in 420,420C material. A full-size range inventory is kept in house. Size is from ¾” (19.05mm) to 3 5/8” (92.075mm) with 1/8” (3.175mm) increment.
